During these unprecedented times, we are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operations with basic preventive safety measures following the guidance set forth by the U.S. Federal Government, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and other health agencies for the fight against Covid-19.

Policy and Procedures

Prices are subjected to change without notice. There will be a service fee upcharge to the initial quote if there are any infestations or waste outside the toilet bowl. Please allow a 15-30 min window from your scheduled time due to traffic or etc. Returned checks will result in a $35 penalty fee. Access to the service location requires an authorized adult over the age of 18yr. Unless we have the keys or code to the property. Once our services are completed we require you to inspect the property for any imperfections so we may rectify them while we are there.

After we have left the property we will not return for any corrections, nor will a credit be provided. Bluestone Commercial Cleaning will not be held accountable for any broken or misplaced items. If such thing occurs please call us to file a claim and details will be emailed to you in a timely fashion.
